Hang On!

At Pancha Koshas, we prioritize both the mastery of techniques and the safety of our students. Here are some important guidelines and rules regarding course completion and certification:

Participation Certificate

  • Course Completion Recognition: Upon finishing each course level, students will receive a Participation Certificate after they clear the examination conducted by the school. This certificate acknowledges their dedication and successful completion of the training.
  • Importance of Certification: While the certificate is an important milestone, it signifies only the beginning of your journey in aerial yoga. Continuous practice and learning are essential.

Examination Requirement for Teaching Eligibility

  • Eligibility to Teach: After completing any course level, students must clear a physical/online examination within three months of completing the course to be eligible to teach. Post clearing the exam, you will be awarded an internationally recognized Yoga Alliance Certificate that will be a testament to your proficiency as an Aerial Yoga Teacher. This ensures that all instructors have a comprehensive understanding of the techniques and safety protocols.
  • Exam Content: The exam will cover theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and safety measures relevant to the level completed.

Focus on Learning and Safety

Mastering Techniques: Students are encouraged to concentrate on learning and perfecting the techniques taught during each course. This focus will build a strong foundation for advanced practice and teaching.

Unlock your potential with our comprehensive practitioner’s guide! This treasure trove of knowledge will be your companion to mastering the craft. Dive in and emerge as a confident, well-informed professional ready to make your mark.

Safety First

Safety is paramount in aerial yoga practice. Our team, Pancha Koshas, is committed to providing a secure environment where students can learn with confidence.

  • Secure Setup: All equipment is regularly inspected and maintained to ensure it meets safety standards.
  • Guided Practice: Instructors are trained to guide students safely through each movement and pose.

Home Practice Advisory

Caution at Home: We strongly advise against attempting aerial yoga techniques at home without proper safety measures in place. Aerial yoga requires specialized equipment and supervision to prevent injuries.

Seek Guidance: If you wish to practice at home, consult with your instructor for advice on safe practices and consider setting up a professional space with appropriate equipment.

By adhering to these guidelines, students can enjoy a fulfilling and safe aerial yoga experience while preparing themselves for potential teaching opportunities. Remember, aerial yoga is not just about physical prowess but also about cultivating mindfulness, discipline, and respect for safety protocols.
