Course Details:
- Duration: 35 Hours
- Location: Rishikesh
The 35-Hour Aerial Yin & Restorative Teacher Training (TTC) at Pancha Koshas Aerial Yoga and Arts School, Rishikesh is designed for practitioners and teachers who wish to explore the quieter, subtler dimensions of movement. This program blends the therapeutic benefits of Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, somatic practices, and aerial hammock support to create a learning environment that is both grounding and transformative.
Unlike dynamic aerial formats, this TTC focuses on nervous system regulation, fascia decompression, safety principles, emotional awareness, mindful sequencing, and traumasensitive teaching. With the hammock acting as a stabilising, supportive prop, students learn how to facilitate deep release, mindful stillness, and sustainable healing.
The course is led by Rachel Vaz—a yoga instructor and psychologist—whose approach
integrates body-based understanding, psychological insight, and compassionate teaching
methodology. Her training style emphasizes authenticity, functional movement, emotional
literacy, and accessible guidance for diverse student populations.
