Terms and Conditions

  • Alcohol, tobacco, smoking, and other drugs are not allowed during the course or while on the premises.
  • Friends and relatives are only allowed to stay with yoga students with prior permission from the management.
  • Complete payment of fees should be made before the commencement of classes.
  • Please maintain the modesty of the relationship between a student and a teacher. The school/Institute condemns any inappropriate relationship between teacher and student. The school reserves the right to take legal and strict action against any such misconduct.
  • All TTC students must be punctual and attend the complete curriculum. A minimum of 50% marks is required to qualify for the examinations and receive the Yoga Alliance certification. Students failing to meet this requirement will get two chances within three months to reappear for the exam (online/offline). In such cases, the school will award a certificate of participation, which is not accredited by Yoga Alliance.
  • All students must be present for all TTC classes. Absence will result in the loss of Yoga Alliance certification. In cases of health concerns, students may be excused from practice but must attend classes to observe and learn. The school may still award a certificate of participation (not accredited by Yoga Alliance) to honor the student's efforts.
  • Students are advised to avoid consuming non-vegetarian food to fully experience the yogic lifestyle.
  • Food provided on the premises will be simple, holistic, and adherent to the yogic lifestyle. Students are allowed to eat outside the premises with prior notice to avoid food wastage.
    • Meals will not be served on Sundays (except breakfast).
    • The three-meals package is INR 500/- per day. Extra meals are charged at INR 200/- per meal.
  • During classes, mobile phone use is strictly prohibited. In emergencies, students must obtain permission from the instructor/management to excuse themselves.
  • Students may record their practice sessions but must seek consent from others captured in the frame and avoid disruptions during class.
  • To maintain cleanliness, consuming food or beverages (except water) within the studio is prohibited.
  • Any injuries or challenges during the course must be reported to the management at the earliest.
  • Students leaving the premises for off-campus activities are solely responsible for their safety. The school is not liable for any incidents outside the premises and reserves the right to terminate participation without refunds.
  • The school may cancel the registration of any student who disobeys the terms and conditions or fails to maintain discipline.
  • The school may capture digital content for promotional purposes. Participation is voluntary, and students preferring not to participate should inform the management.
  • Students are expected to safeguard their personal belongings. The school is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  • Hands-on adjustments are part of many classes, but consent is essential. Students preferring not to receive adjustments must inform the instructor/management.
  • The school provides professional courses and is not a hotel or holiday home. Students are encouraged to adapt to the environment and embrace the transformative educational experience.
  • Excursions are not part of the course but can be planned with the consent of the school and students. The school reserves the right to cancel or change planned activities.
  • Students must be respectful toward teachers, staff, and fellow students.
  • Fees paid are non-refundable. However, bookings may be carried forward to a future date subject to availability.
  • Non-Compete Clause: Students agree not to work as aerial instructors in commercial settlements (e.g., yoga schools/studios) within Rishikesh or nearby areas for two years after completing the TTC.
