In addition to our monthly trainings in Rishikesh, Level 1 Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Courses may also be organized outside Rishikesh for groups of 8 or more participants, subject to feasibility and conditions. Daily Training Overview
- Morning & Evening: Aerial Hammock Practice
- Midday: Anatomy, methodology, psychology
- Evening: Self-practice and integration
- First class begins at 5:00 PM on Day 1

No anatomy classes on Sundays.
Schedule may vary based on group needs and environmental conditions.
Accommodation & Meals (Non-Negotiable)
- Twin sharing subject to availability - On-site accommodation is limited and is allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is recommended to secure your preferred accommodation option.
- Meals will commence from Day 2 of the course
- On Sundays, only breakfast will be provided
- AC rooms available at an additional cost of INR 600 per day
