This Level 3 Advanced Aerial Teacher Training is designed for experienced practitioners ready to explore complex flows, dynamic drops, and artistic aerial expression. Completion of Level 1 and Level 2 courses is required, unless approved via an entrance evaluation.

What You Will Learn

  • Aerial Art & Creative Expression: Artistic movement, musicality, fluid transitions, personal expression
  • Aerial-Specific Anatomy: Body mechanics in suspension, load management, joint safety, injury prevention
  • Advanced Sequences & Drops: Complex flows, controlled drops, strength-based and flow-based choreography
  • Dedicated Apparatus Training:
    • Aerial Hammock: Daily session
    • Aerial Silk: 5 sessions
    • Aerial Hoop: 5 sessions

Course Schedule & Important Dates

  • Arrival & Orientation: Check-in: 3rd of the month by 12:00 PM
  • Mandatory Registration: Complete by 3:00 PM on arrival day
  • 3rd (Evening): Orientation Session - 5:00 PM; Self-Practice 6:00–7:30 PM
  • 4th (Morning): Level 3 training officially begins
  • Departure: Check-out by 10:00 AM on 15th of the month

Admission Criteria

  • Completion of Level 1 and Level 2 courses, or equivalent training
  • Strong aerial hammock proficiency required
  • Physical readiness: 5 pull-ups (hammock), 15-20 push-ups, mobility assessments
  • Flow Submission: 2-minute video of best flow (mandatory)
