Level Zero is a 3-day program created for anyone who wishes to step into the aerial world of yoga and art. Whether you are completely new to aerial practices or preparing yourself for a Teacher Training Course, this program gives you the perfect start.

Over the course of this two-night, three-day retreat, you’ll be guided through an immersive journey of aerial exploration — including Aerial Silk, Hoop, Hammock, and an Aerial Soundbath. Each session is thoughtfully curated to help you experience movement, balance, and stillness in the air. With a minimum of five transformative classes, this retreat serves as both an introduction and a deepening of your aerial practice, preparing you for the path ahead.

Level Zero is a mandatory preparatory course for those enrolling in our Level 1 and Level 2 Teacher Training Courses. It lays the essential foundation, ensuring that every participant steps into the TTC with awareness, strength, and a clear understanding of aerial movement principles.

Accommodation & Meal Policy (Non-Negotiable)

1. Twin-sharing rooms are subject to availability; if full, only private or dormitory options will be provided.

2. On Sundays, only breakfast will be served.

3. AC rooms will incur an additional charge of Rs. 600 per day.
