Level Zero is a 3-day program created for anyone who wishes to step into the aerial world of yoga and art. Whether you are completely new to aerial practices or preparing yourself for a Teacher Training Course, this program gives you the perfect start.

Held every month on the 28th, 29th, and 30th, Level Zero is designed as a retreat-style experience with two guided classes each day. Across the three days you will explore a variety of aerial practices including aerial yoga, hammock, silk, hoop, restorative sessions, and even an aerial sound bath. It is a gentle yet powerful introduction that also serves as preparation for our 15-day TTC.

Accommodation & Meal Policy (Non-Negotiable)

1. Twin-sharing rooms are subject to availability; if full, only private or dormitory options will be provided.

2. On Sundays, only breakfast will be served.

3. AC rooms will incur an additional charge of Rs. 600 per day.
