Mandatory Disclosure & Institutional Position Pancha Koshas Aerial Yoga & Arts School

1. Institutional Authority & Scope

Pancha Koshas Aerial Yoga & Arts School (“Pancha Koshas”) operates as an independent professional education institution dedicated exclusively to Aerial Yoga and Aerial Arts training. Aerial Yoga is a specialized movement-based and apparatus-based discipline and does not fall under traditional yoga classifications as defined by most national or international yoga governing bodies. Pancha Koshas makes no representations, guarantees, or implied claims regarding equivalence with traditional yoga certifications. This policy exists to provide full transparency, legal clarity, and informed consent to all applicants, students, and affiliates.

2. Position on Yoga Alliance (Mandatory Clarification)

Yoga Alliance is an international registry governing traditional yoga teacher training programs, including RYT 200, RYT 300, and RYT 500. As per Yoga Alliance regulations: Institutions are not permitted to offer Continuing Education Continuing Education may only be offered through individually registered teachers (YACEP) Pancha Koshas operates strictly within this regulatory allowance. Any reference to Yoga Alliance on certificates, documents, or communications applies exclusively to Continuing Education (YACEP) hours delivered by an individually registered teacher and does not imply or confer: Yoga Alliance course accreditation Yoga Alliance institutional registration RYT certification or eligibility Recognition as a traditional yoga qualification No Aerial Yoga program conducted by Pancha Koshas is registered, accredited, or endorsed by Yoga Alliance.

3. Institutional Certification & MSME Status

For participants not registered with Yoga Alliance as RYT, certification is issued solely and exclusively by Pancha Koshas Aerial Yoga & Arts School. Pancha Koshas functions as a privately registered professional institution under the MSME Act, offering structured education in Aerial Yoga and Aerial Arts. Acceptance, recognition, or professional use of Pancha Koshas certification is subject to the individual policies, legal frameworks, and professional standards of employers, studios, organizations, and countries. Pancha Koshas bears no responsibility for external recognition decisions.

4. Compulsory Level-Based Academic Structure

Pancha Koshas follows a strict, non-negotiable level-based progression system to ensure professional competence, safety, and teaching integrity:
Level 0 – Foundation, Conditioning & Physical Preparedness
Level 1 – Beginner Practice & Teaching Fundamentals
Level 2 – Intermediate Skills & Teaching Methodology
Level 3 – Advanced Practice, Professional Teaching & Assessment
Completion of all levels in sequence is mandatory to qualify as a professional Aerial Yoga teacher under Pancha Koshas. Skipping levels, lateral entry, or partial certification is strictly prohibited.

5. Attendance & Academic Compliance

100% attendance is mandatory for all modules All practical, theoretical, anatomy, safety, and methodology sessions must be completed in full Partial attendance, early departure, or incomplete modules automatically disqualify a student from certification No exceptions shall be granted under any circumstances.

6. Examination, Assessment & Certification Issuance

Pancha Koshas maintains independent examination and assessment authority. Examinations are conducted three (3) months after course completion This period is mandatory for practice integration, skill refinement, and teaching readiness Certification is issued only upon successful completion of the examination Students who fail to appear, do not meet assessment standards, or fail the examination shall not be certified until reassessment is successfully completed.

7. Quality Assurance & Certification Ethics

Pancha Koshas follows a Quality Over Quantity policy. Certification is earned, not guaranteed Mass certification, attendance-only certification, or automatic certification is strictly prohibited All certifications are subject to performance, discipline, competence, and assessment outcomes This framework ensures that all certified teachers meet professional, ethical, and safety benchmarks established by Pancha Koshas.

8. Absolute Disclaimer & Binding Acceptance

Yoga Alliance RYT certification for Aerial Yoga YCB, AYUSH, or Government Yoga Board certification for Aerial Yoga All Aerial Yoga and Aerial Arts programs conducted by Pancha Koshas are independent professional courses. Enrollment in any Pancha Koshas program constitutes: Full reading and understanding of this policy Informed consent to the academic and certification framework Irrevocable acceptance of all institutional rules, assessments, and decisions No claims of misinformation, misunderstanding, or misrepresentation shall be entertained after enrollment.
