Welcome to Pancha Koshas, India’s first dedicated School of Aerial Yoga and Art We offer comprehensive training and certification programs for aspiring aerial yoga practitioners and instructors.

Pancha Koshas Aerial Yoga & Art School offers Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (YACEP) hours through individually registered Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Providers. Courses are not Yoga Alliance RYT-accredited programs.
