The Aerial Hoop Foundation Course is a 12-day intensive training designed for beginners and movement practitioners who want to build strong foundational skills on the aerial hoop (Lyra). Launching for the first time at Pancha Koshas, this immersive program introduces students to mounts, poses, transitions, spins, and dynamic sequences on the hoop, while developing strength, control, and fluidity in the air.

What You Will Learn
- Aerial Hoop Foundations: Hoop safety, apparatus understanding, grip techniques, basic mounts, body positioning, and alignment
- Aerial Hoop Techniques: Key poses under the bar and on top bar, transitions, inversions, and controlled entries & exits
- Dynamic Movements: Intro to spins, momentum control, rolls, and dynamic transitions
- Creative Sequences: Linking poses into smooth combinations and building flow on the hoop
- Strength & Conditioning: Upper body strength, grip conditioning, core stability, and mobility training
