- Aerial Silk Foundations: Silk safety, apparatus understanding, grip techniques, climbing, foot lock variations, and body alignment

- Dynamic Aerial Movements: Introductory drops, rolls, spins, and movement coordination
- Creative Aerial Sequences: Combining skills into flowing sequences and transitions on the fabric
- Strength & Conditioning: Aerial strength drills, grip conditioning, core stability training, and flexibility work
